Appraisal Fees
Appraisal Fees are based upon the time to complete the assignment but also on the difficulty and expertise required. Naturally, commercial appraisal assignments such as the valuation of a shopping center, office building, multi-family apartment project, or warehouse require significantly more expertise than a residential appraisal and so cost significantly more. The fees below are guidelines only, each assignment is different - some commercial appraisals can cost significantly less while some residential assignments can cost significantly more.
